Please note that the Dealer Annual Meeting room block at the Waldorf Astoria has closed.  You may contact the hotel directly at the number below to see if they are able to accommodate any additional hotel needs.

Ferrari North America has negotiated a discounted rate for attendees of the Dealer Annual Meeting. Rooms are available at a nightly rate of $795.00 + tax and fees. The discounted rate will be available through Friday, January 16, 2026, or until the room block is full, whichever comes first. Once the room block is full or after the cutoff date, the hotel will accommodate reservation requests as they are able, based on rates and availability at the time of the request.

The number of rooms is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Once you have completed your event registration, you will be prompted to book a hotel room. If you have already registered but did not book a room, you can do so via one of the following methods:

Please arrange your travel accordingly based on the meeting agenda.

Check-in time is 4:00 P.M.; check-out time is 12:00 P.M.  Guests arriving before check-in time will be accommodated as rooms become available. The hotel will gladly store baggage for those arriving early when rooms are unavailable and for guests attending functions on departure day.

If I have registered, do I still need to book a hotel room?

• YES! Please make certain you have booked a hotel for your stay within our block at the Waldorf Astoria New York. Please visit the 'LOCATION & HOTEL' page for more information.  It is requested that all dealer participants who are not local to New York City book their accommodations within the Dealer Annual Meeting room block at the Waldorf Astoria.

Am I able to bring a guest to the Welcome Reception on February 11?

• Unfortunately, we are not able to accommmodate guests of attendees at the welcome reception; only registered attendees will be permitted to attend.

Will transportation to the hotel be provided for attendees?

• Attendees are responsible for their own for transportation between the airport and hotel.

If I am flying in for the event, where should I fly to? 

• The main options for flying into New York City are John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK), LaGuardia Airport (LGA), and Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR).  JFK is best for international flights and is a major hub, while LGA is a convenient option for domestic travel to Manhattan.  EWR is located in New Jersey and is a good choice for those traveling to Manhattan.

Is parking available at the Waldorf Astoria New York? 

• Valet parking is available at the hotel at a rate of $85.00 plus tax per 24 hours.  

If I am not renting a car, what are my options for getting to the event?

• Rideshare (Uber / Lyft) and taxis are prevalent in New York City. Upon arrival at the airport, please follow signage to “Ground Transportation and Rideshare”, and request a driver via your preferred transportation method.

What is the weather typically like in New York City in February?

• February in New York City is cold and wintry, with average daily high temperatures ranging from 40°F to 45°F (4°C to 7°C) and low temperatures typically between 28°F and 32°F (-2°C to 0°C).  Snow and a significant wind chill are common, so warm clothing is essential.  We advise you to check the region’s weather forecast prior to travel and pack accordingly.  A coat and layers are recommend.

Are dining and entertainment available near the Waldorf Astoria New York?

• The evening prior to the Dealer Annual Meeting, Ferrari North America invites you to attend a welcome reception from 6:00 - 9:00 P.M. on Wednesday, February 11, where a light meal and beverages will be served.
• Breakfast and lunch will be offered to all attendees during the meeting hours on Thursday, February 12.
• There are several high-end restaurants and retailers located a short distance from the hotel. The hotel concierge can provide additional recommendations.  When venturing out at night, rideshare or taxis are recommended.
